How to Apply
When it is confirmed that there is a vacancy, and after reading the Residents' Handbook, complete the four page application (download attachment) below.
Unless otherwise advised - one application per person.
Pease note that in order for your application to be processed quickly you must provide:

Proof of identity with supporting documentation i.e.
-
Proof of income-Pay slips/Income statement.

Photo ID Copy
-
Tenants ledger
-
Work place reference
-
Acknowledge (by signature) that you understand and accept the conditions of your contract regarding insurance, privacy protocols as well as decisions of management.
A Holding Deposit is required upon acceptance of the application.
This is non-refundable; however, in the event that management cannot proceed with your application, the amount is, indeed, redeemable.

Ending a Lease
